  2. Prepare of yogurt.
  3. You need of warm water.
  4. You need of sugar.

  9. You need of mozzarella cheese grated.

Veg pizza step by step

  1. Sieve the flour, baking soda,sugar and salt in a bowl..
  2. Add the yogurt to it and mix it and knead it by adding the warm water and make a soft dough..
  3. Now add the oil and again knead it for 1 min and cover the dough and keep it aside for 4-5 hrs in a warm place. This is done to let the dough rise..
  4. After 4 hours, dust the platform with flour or cornmeal and take the dough out in that and knead it again to for a ball..
  5. Grease the pizza pan and spread the dough in the pan and prick the pizza base with fork..
  6. For the pizza sauce, mix tomato ketchup, herbs and chilli flakes and a pinch of salt and mix it properly. Quick pizza sauce is ready..
  7. Spread this pizza sauce on the base..
  8. Add the veggies to it..
  9. Add the grated cheese over it and top it off with the oregano and chilli flakes.
  10. Bake the pizza in pre-heated oven for 15 min. Take the pizza out of the oven after 15 min and cut the pizza in slices..
  11. Pizza is ready to serve. Serve hot..
