- Prepare of tomato ketchup.
- You need of grated mozzarella cheese (homemade).
- You need of hot red chilli sauce.

- Spread butter on both the sides of two roties.
- Spread tomato ketchup on one side of the roties..
- Mix chilli sauce, chilli flakes, pizza seasonings, mozzarella cheese and salt, with the coked veggies..
- Spread the mixture, evenly on the side of roti, with tomato ketchup spread..
- Add extra mozzarella cheese if you like..
