  2. You need of cooked mix veggies(carrot, capsicum, onion,French beans, green peas, soaked and boiled soyabean chunks, cottage cheese).
  3. You need of mixed Italian pizza seasoning.
  4. Prepare of chilli flakes.
  5. Prepare of tomato ketchup.
  6. You need of grated mozzarella cheese (homemade).
  7. You need of hot red chilli sauce.
  8. You need of Salt.
  9. You need of butter melted.

Roti Pizza step by step

  1. Spread butter on both the sides of two roties.
  2. Spread tomato ketchup on one side of the roties..
  3. Mix chilli sauce, chilli flakes, pizza seasonings, mozzarella cheese and salt, with the coked veggies..
  4. Spread the mixture, evenly on the side of roti, with tomato ketchup spread..
  5. Add extra mozzarella cheese if you like..
  6. Heat a tawa. Keep the flame on low to medium flame. Cover and cook,till the pizza is done. Serve hot with extra toppings and cheese. Thanks.
