  1. It's 200 gm of maida/all-purpose flour.
  2. You need 1 tablespoon of sooji.
  3. You need 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

  5. You need 1 teaspoon of salt.
  6. You need 1 cup of chopped onion and capcicum.
  7. It's 1/2 cup of grated paneer.
  8. It's 1 cup of grated cheese.
  9. It's 50 gm of curd.
  10. It's as needed of Water.
  11. It's 1/2 cup of tomato sauce.
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Chilli flakes.

  1. First of all take maida in a bowl add suji, sugar and salt.
  2. Than add cooking oil mix together than add curd.
  3. Mix well with the help of water and make a smooth dough and cover it for two hours.
  4. After two hours uncover it and mix again and divide the dough into 4 parts.Take a part of a dough in a rolling pen.
  5. Take few dry maida and spread it in dough and roll it like theek roti.
  6. Make dots with the help of knife or fork in pizza base Now heat a pan and put pizza base in it.
  7. Cover it and cook for five minutes in a low flame after that flip it another side and cook it again for five minutes.
  8. Remove it from the gas than spread tomato sauce in it and also spread chopped onion and capcicum.
  9. Than spread grated paneer and grated cheese also spread chilli flakes.
  10. Now heat a pan for five minutes than put pizza base in it and cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  11. Now uncover the pan and put pizza in a plate.
  12. Cut into pieces and serve it hot delicious pizza is ready to eat. Enjoy!!!.
